My childhood was spent participating in many different sports and outdoor activities. By the age of 12 I had already decided that I would not be sitting at a desk for work, and that I wanted to be active and helpful.  After high school I came to Lawrence and graduated from KU in 2010 with Bachelor’s Degree.  During my last two semesters at KU I became an ACE certified personal trainer while working at the KU Rec Center.  After college Whitney and I formed Schneider Sports Performance and Fitness in an effort to bring our passion for fitness to the community of Lawrence.

In 2016 we switched our focus to small group training in an effort to help more people and capitalize on the energy and additional benefits of training in groups.  We continue to educate ourselves on the best practices from multiple fitness disciplines and learn from industry leaders across the globe to bring our clients the most effective and enjoyable experience possible.  Our goal is to provide our clients with all the tools and help they will need to develop healthy lifestyle habits and improve their overall quality of life.
