Cardiovascular/Muscular Strength and Endurance  

  • Experienced trainers lead well organized training sessions 
  • Learn the basic movement patterns and their variations 
  • Use the principle of overload to gain scientifically proven results
  • Develop “exercise independence” – be able to walk into any gym anywhere and get a great workout or skip the gym and still get a great workout

Mobility and Flexibility

  • Use correct exercise technique under appropriate loads to enhance the mobility of every major joint in your body
  • Begin every training session with a workout specific warm-up, and end every session with mobility training and/or dynamic stretching

 

Body Composition

  • Strength-Endurance training helps improve your muscle to fat ratio which is a more accurate predictor of overall health than body-weight measurement
  • Circuit training with free weights and high intensity intervals are the absolute best weight loss aides.

We offer a variety of small group training sessions throughout the week to fit your schedule. Train 3-5 times per week with weights and modifications to fit your ability. Stay motivated with the coaching of one of our trainers, and the encouragement of others in your group session.

Personalized online packages are created with your goals in mind, so that you can train anywhere in the world. Access videos, workout plans and nutrition tips designed for you, with the equipment available to you.

OUR TRAINING

From the beginning of our training career, our goal has always been to own and operate a personal training studio. We both graduated college in 2009-2010 during the height of the Great Recession, and watched all of our friends and peers scramble to take the first available job that offered a steady paycheck and benefits. Instead of doing the same, we bet on ourselves and became self-employed despite the $100,000+ in student loan debt, lack of health insurance, zero paid time off, and no benefits of any kind. Our vision was built on the idea that if we took great care of people and made sound financial decisions, that we could make a life for ourselves.
